ARMOPUR® FILLER 012
Two-component acrylic‑polyurethane filler primer. Intended for building up a layer and subsequent sanding in three‑coat systems. Ideal for achieving high‑quality glossy finishes on commercial vehicles — buses, trolleybuses, truck cabins — as well as on passenger cars.

- Used in three‑coat systems for painting commercial vehicles;
- Can be applied in very thick layers, perfectly filling scratches and imperfections;
- Sanded to level the surface and achieve coatings with the best decorative properties;
- Not used as an anticorrosion primer (except for small areas);
- Exhibits good adhesion to various plastics (except PE/PP).
- Solid content of the mixture: 51 ± 2%.
- Solid content of the base: 65–80%.
- Mixture density: 1.5–1.7 kg/L.
- Base viscosity: 100–180 s (DIN4).
- Mixture viscosity: 40–80 s (DIN4).
- Mixture pot life: 4 h.
- Drying time at a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
- +10 °C:
- "Dust free": 30 min
- "Touch‑off": 1 h
- Minimum intercoat drying: 15 min
- Dry “to sanding” – 8 h
- +23 °C:
- "Dust free": 10 min
- "Touch‑off": 30 min
- Minimum intercoat drying: 10 min
- Dry “to sanding” – 4–6 h
- +35 °C:
- "Dust free": 10 min
- "Touch‑off": 20 min
- Minimum intercoat drying: 10 min
- Dry “to sanding” – 3–4 h
- Thermal drying:
- +60 °C: 30 min
Full coating cure: 7 days under natural drying.
Data are given at 65 % relative humidity. Values may change with humidity variation.
