ARMOPUR® TOPCOAT 111

Two‑component acrylic‑polyurethane weather‑resistant enamel with high gloss (85–90 %), providing a durable and aesthetically attractive coating. The coating has high wear resistance, making it a good solution for painting equipment, metal structures, and objects operated in open‑air conditions.

  • Applied to a primed surface;
  • Forms a weather‑resistant coating capable of retaining colour and gloss over a long service life;
  • Suitable for use as a high‑gloss topcoat in a system with epoxy and acrylic‑urethane primers;
  • Recommended for painting transport vehicles, equipment, external surfaces of tanks, steel frames and other steel structures, machine equipment.
  • Solid content of the mixture: 51 ± 2%.
  • Solid content of the base: 55–70%.
  • Mixture density: 1.0–1.2 kg/L.
  • Base viscosity: >180 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture viscosity: 40–70 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture shelf life: 4 h.
  • Drying time at a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
  • +10 °C:
    • "Dust‑free": 30 min
    • "Touch‑dry": 6 h
    • Minimum intercoat dry time: 15 min
  • +23 °C:
    • "Dust‑free": 20 min
    • "Touch‑dry": 4 h
    • Minimum intercoat dry time: 5–7 min
  • +35 °C:
    • "Dust‑free": 10 min
    • "Touch‑dry": 2 h
    • Minimum intercoat dry time: 5 min
  • Thermal drying:
    • +60 °C: 30 min
  • Full film development: 7 days under natural drying.
