Acrylic‑polyurethane clear high‑gloss topcoat designed to achieve weather‑resistant coatings with maximum decorative properties in multilayer systems. Applied over base coats and ideally suited for body repair and high‑quality finish coating of commercial vehicles: truck cabins, buses, trams, trolleybuses and passenger railway cars.

- Solid content of the base: 42–46%.
- Mixture density: 0.97‑1.02 kg/L.
- Viscosity of the base: 60‑80 sec (DIN4).
- Viscosity of the mixture: 18‑30 sec (DIN4).
- Pot life of the mixture: 6 hours.
- Drying time at a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
- +10 °C:
- Dry to touch: 60 minutes
- Recoat time: 12 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 30 minutes
- +23 °C:
- Dry to touch: 40 minutes
- Recoat time: 8 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 30 minutes
- +35 °C:
- Dry to touch: 20 minutes
- Recoat time: 4 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 10 minutes
- Thermal drying:
- +60 °C: 30 minutes
Full cure of the coating: 7 days under ambient drying.
Data are given at 65 % relative humidity. Values may change with humidity.
