ARMOPUR® CLEAR 118
Acrylic‑polyurethane clear coat with high gloss, designed to achieve weather‑resistant finishes with maximum decorative characteristics in multilayer systems. Applied over base coats and ideally suited for body repair and high‑quality finish coating of commercial vehicles: truck cabins, buses, trams, trolleybuses and passenger railway cars.

- Forms a weather‑resistant coating that retains colour and gloss for the longest possible service life;
- Is applied to previously primed and painted surfaces;
- Enables the production of a coating with maximum decorative properties;
- Polishes excellently.
- Volume of solids in the mixture: 40 ± 2%.
- Weight of solids in the base: 42–46%.
- Density of the mixture: 0.96-1.0 kg/L.
- Viscosity of the base: 30-40 s (DIN4).
- Viscosity of the mixture: 18-30 s (DIN4).
- Shelf life of the mixture: 4 hours.
- Drying time at a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
- +10 °C:
- "From dust": 30 minutes
- "To tack": 6 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 15 minutes
- +23 °C:
- "From dust": 20 minutes
- "To tack": 5 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 10 minutes
- +35 °C:

- "To tack": 3 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 5 minutes
- Temperature drying:
- +60 °C: 30 minutes
Full coating formation: 7 days under natural drying.
Data are given at a relative humidity of 65 %. Changes in humidity may affect the data.
