ARMEPOX® DTM 242
Two‑component epoxy anticorrosion coating Direct-to-Metal with a non‑volatile solids content of 70 % forms a durable film. Universally applicable — can be used as a primer, intermediate or finish layer. Primarily intended for industrial and protective use, supplied in a semi‑gloss finish (40–60 % gloss) and colored according to the RAL system.

* - under natural drying (temperature 20±2 °C and humidity 65±5 %) when colored with pigment pastes RS in a ratio of 88+12; - under thermal drying at 60 °C for 30 min when colored with pigment pastes RS in a ratio of 88+12 - gloss greater than 80 %;
- When applied in two layers, it can be used as a standalone coating;
- Can be applied to black metal, aluminum, galvanized steel;
- Zinc phosphate is used as the anticorrosion pigment;
- For producing coatings used under a canopy and inside non‑heated and heated rooms;
- Used as a finish or primer coating in epoxy systems;
- Used for surfaces exposed to abrasion and mechanical and/or chemical action.
- Solid content of the mixture: 58 ± 2%.
- Solid content of the base: 65–85%.
- Mixture density: 1.35‑1.45 kg/L.
- Base viscosity: >180 s (DIN4).
- Mixture viscosity: 130‑150 s (DIN4).
- Mixture pot life: 4 h.
- Drying time for a dry film thickness of 50 µm:

Complete film formation: 7 days under natural drying.
