- Fast‑drying primer for one‑component enamels;
- Good barrier properties;
- Recommended for steel structures, agricultural, construction and other equipment.
- Solid content (by volume): 50 ± 2%.
- Solid content (by weight): 55–75%.
- Mixture density: 1.1–1.2 kg/L.
- Viscosity of the base: >180 s (DIN 4).
- Viscosity of the mixture: 65–85 s (DIN 4).
- Pot life of the mixture: 4 hours.
- Drying time to a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
- +10 °C:
- "Dust free": 30 minutes
- "Tack‑free": 6 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 15 minutes
- +23 °C:
- "Dust free": 20 minutes
- "Tack‑free": 4 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 5–7 minutes
- +35 °C:
- "Dust free": 10 minutes
- "Tack‑free": 2 hours
- Minimum intercoat drying: 5 minutes
- Thermal drying:
- +60 °C: 30 minutes
Complete film formation: 7 days under ambient drying.
Data are given at 65 % relative humidity. Values may change with humidity variations.
