Two‑component acrylic‑polyurethane anti‑corrosion primer is intended for application as a first layer before a subsequent “wet‑on‑wet” coating with two‑component acrylic‑polyurethane finish layers. It provides reliable anti‑corrosion protection and enables an efficient continuous painting process.

Drying time at dry film thickness 50 µm:

- "Touch dry": 1.5 h
- Minimum intercoat drying: 40 min
- Before enamel application: 60 min
- +23 °C:
- "Dust free": 20 min
- "Touch dry": 1 h
- Minimum intercoat drying: 20 min
- Before enamel application: 20 min
- +35 °C:
- "Dust free": 10 min
- "Touch dry": 1 h
- Minimum intercoat drying: 10 min

Thermal drying:
- +60 °C: 30 min
Full film formation: 7 days under natural drying.
Data are given at 65 % relative humidity. Changes in humidity may affect the results.
