ARMOPUR® TOPCOAT 111 "GRAPHITE"

Two‑component acrylic‑polyurethane weather‑resistant enamel with a decorative effect. Contains MIOX – iron silicate. Produces a rough metallic effect resembling fine‑grit sandpaper, with iridescent highlights and relief, accentuating the shape of forged and decorative elements. An aliphatic isocyanate is used as the curing agent.

  • Applied to a primed surface;
  • Forms an atmospheric-resistant coating capable of retaining color and gloss over a long service period;
  • Suitable for use as a glossy topcoat in systems with epoxy and acrylic-polyurethane primers;
  • Recommended for painting transport, equipment, exterior surfaces of tanks, steel frames and other steel structures, and machine equipment.
  • Solid content of the mixture: 51 ± 2%.
  • Solid content of the base: 65–85%.
  • Mixture density: 1.5–1.6 kg/L.
  • Base viscosity: >180 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture viscosity: 50–70 s (DIN4).
  • Mixture pot life: 4 h.
  • Drying time for a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
  • +10 °C:
    • Dust free: 30 minutes
    • Touch dry: 6 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 15 minutes
  • +23 °C:
    • Dust free: 20 minutes
    • Touch dry: 4 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5–7 minutes
  • +35 °C:
    • Dust free: 10 minutes
    • Touch dry: 2 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 5 minutes
  • Thermal drying:
    • +60 °C: 30 minutes
  • Full coating cure: 7 days under ambient drying.
