ARMOPUR® DTM 113 DEEP MATTE ANTISCRATCH
Two‑component acrylic‑polyurethane finish with a deep matte effect, cured with an aliphatic isocyanate. Forms a deep matte, scratch‑resistant surface with a smooth, silky finish. The deep matte gloss is 5–10 % (measured at a 60° angle) and the coating is not prone to scratching.

- When applied in two layers, it can be used as a standalone coating;
- Zinc phosphate is used as an anticorrosive pigment;
- Excellent resistance to atmospheric exposure and wear;
- Suitable for use as a matte topcoat for epoxy and acrylic‑polyurethane systems exposed to atmospheric and/or chemical conditions;
- Recommended for painting transport, equipment, exterior surfaces of tanks, steel frames and other steel structures, and machine equipment.
- Provides good adhesion to various plastics (except PE/PP).
- Solid content of the mixture: 47 ± 2 % | *49 ± 2 %.
- Solid content of the base: 55–75 %.
- Mixture density: 1.1–1.15 kg/L.
- Base viscosity: >180 s (DIN 4).
- Mixture viscosity: 80–90 s (DIN 4).
- Mixture pot life: 4 h.
- Drying time for a dry film thickness of 50 µm:
