This is a two‑component epoxy coating reinforced with glass flakes, abrasion‑resistant. It is a high‑solids, thick‑film product with high performance characteristics. It is specifically designed as an abrasive and impact‑resistant coating for areas with extreme wear. It can be used as an intermediate or finish coating in atmospheric conditions. It is applied when painting hopper cars, properly prepared concrete substrates.

Suitable for painting a wide range of surfaces with varying levels of mechanical and chemical exposure. Specifically developed as part of a system resistant to intense abrasive action, such as ramps and industrial floors. Recommended for garages, dairy plants, factories, laboratories, aviation hangars, food, manufacturing and technical premises.

  • Solid content of the mixture: 70 ± 2%.
  • Solid content of the base: 75–95%.
  • Mixture density: 1.45–1.55 kg/L.
  • Base viscosity: thixotropic.
  • Mixture viscosity: thixotropic.
  • Mixture pot life: 6 hours.
  • Drying time for a dry film thickness of 100 µm:
  • +10 °C:
    • 'Touch‑dry': 1 hour
    • 'Recoat': 6–8 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 4 hours
  • +23 °C:
    • 'Touch‑dry': 40 minutes
    • 'Recoat': 5 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 2 hours
  • +35 °C:
    • 'Touch‑dry': 30 minutes
    • 'Recoat': 3 hours
    • Minimum intercoat drying: 1 hour
  • Thermal drying:
    • +60 °C: 30 minutes
  • Full film formation: 7 days under natural drying.
